Position Description

RTO Logic can assist with the development of your position description, including identifying the key selection criteria for the job advert.

Job Postings & Promotions

RTO Logic will post the ad and promote it publicly and privately through our networks to ensure maximum coverage.

Head Hunting

If you have identified key candidates or would like us to proactively head hunt, our recruiters can discretely tap candidates on the shoulder.

Rigorous Screening

RTO Logic's tough screening process includes resume and cover letter review, public profile reviews and pre-screening interviews.

Pre-Interviews

RTO Logic conduct pre-interviews to ensure that you are only interviewing suitable candidates. During these interviews, we test for competency against the key selection criteria.

Reference Checks

RTO Logic will conduct reference checks on behalf of your organisation. These conversations are documented and provided to you to retain as evidence that you undertook an appropriate recruitment process.

Reporting

At any point during the recruitment process, you have access to all applicant resumes and our staff will keep you updated with our progress including shortlisted candidates and pre-screening results

Contract Offer Management

If desired, RTO Logic can manage the final stages of recruitment including contract offers and negotiation.

Placement Fee

We back our performance and as such, this fee is only payable if you decide to proceed with one of our candidates.
