Chris has spent more than 18 years working across the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, taking on leadership roles that have helped shape and strengthen a range of respected organisations. He’s passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys sharing his knowledge through professional development, both in Australia and overseas.
Through his work with RTO Logic, Chris partners with providers to offer strategic advice, internal audits, resource development, and operational support. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and serves on the board of Quality in Education and Training (QuIET Network).

Douglas is a national leader in digital learning design, vocational training innovation, and compliance alignment across the Australian VET sector. With over a decade of experience in education, RTO operations, and digital transformation, he has spearheaded initiatives that bridge technology, pedagogy and regulation to enhance training quality and learner engagement.
Douglas currently leads a multidisciplinary team of learning designers, assessment specialists, and LMS engineers in delivering high-quality, compliant, and AI-enhanced learning experiences across accredited programs, microcredentials, and enterprise training.
