Chris Enright
CEO
Chris has spent more than 18 years working across the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, taking on leadership roles that have helped shape and strengthen a range of respected organisations. He’s passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys sharing his knowledge through professional development, both in Australia and overseas.
Through his work with RTO Logic, Chris partners with providers to offer strategic advice, internal audits, resource development, and operational support. He’s known for his practical, down-to-earth approach when facilitating strategy sessions, workshops, and webinars that help RTOs build capability and achieve results.
Chris also works with the VET Development Centre to deliver professional development for Skills First Providers on behalf of the Victorian Department of Education. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and serves on the board of Quality in Education and Training (QuIET Network).
Douglas Dean
National Operations Manager
Douglas is a national leader in digital learning design, vocational training innovation, and compliance alignment across the Australian VET sector. With over a decade of experience in education, RTO operations, and digital transformation, he has spearheaded initiatives that bridge technology, pedagogy and regulation to enhance training quality and learner engagement.
Douglas currently leads a multidisciplinary team of learning designers, assessment specialists, and LMS engineers in delivering high-quality, compliant, and AI-enhanced learning experiences across accredited programs, microcredentials, and enterprise training. His work emphasises practical integration of generative AI, data analytics and gamification to personalise learning and improve accessibility.
Through his consultancy and leadership roles, Douglas has collaborated with public and private RTOs, government stakeholders, and higher education partners to design, validate and digitise learning solutions that strengthen compliance, improve educator capability, and achieve measurable outcomes for students and organisations alike.
Bron O’Callaghan
Senior Consultant
Bron brings more than 18 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, where she’s developed deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering meaningful, high-quality training. She’s especially driven by the impact education can have on communities and young people, ensuring every program she supports is relevant, engaging, and built for real outcomes.
Throughout her career, Bron has worked across a broad range of roles spanning management, compliance, project delivery, and quality assurance. She combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of RTO operations, supporting teams to improve systems, meet regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional learner experiences.
With qualifications in Business Education and Leadership, Architectural Drafting, Training and Assessment, and Hairdressing, Bron is known for her approachable style and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders — always focused on identifying risks, finding solutions, and achieving results.
Alexis Watt
Project Lead
Alexis has more than 20 years of experience across Australia’s Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education sectors. He’s led and grown RTOs of all sizes — from small community-based providers to large CRICOS-registered organisations — across both non-profit and commercial environments. With this breadth of experience, Alexis brings deep insight into how training organisations can thrive in a complex, highly regulated sector.
A respected industry voice, Alexis has served in numerous advisory and governance roles supporting state and federal government initiatives in skills, training, international education, and workforce planning. His leadership has included board and chair positions with the Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia (ITECA), the SA Clinical Training Council, and multiple ministerial and industry advisory committees.
Holding an MBA, a Master of Human Resources, and certification in Lean Systems, Alexis combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience to deliver sustainable outcomes for education providers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Claire Cooper
Head of Learning Design
Claire is an Instructional and Learning Design professional with a passion for creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences. With eight years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, she combines creativity, strong communication skills, and technical expertise to design training that connects with learners and meets industry standards.
Holding a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Claire has developed and co-designed courses across areas such as Early Childhood Education and Care, Business, Cookery, Diversity and Inclusion, and a variety of micro-credentials. She has also delivered and assessed qualifications in Early Childhood Education, giving her valuable insight into the learner experience.
Proficient in tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and H5P, and experienced with LMS platforms including aXcelerate and Canvas, Claire enjoys using technology to bring creativity and clarity to every learning design project.
George Karagianakkis
Quality Consultant
George has spent more than a decade working in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, holding management and coordination roles focused on quality assurance and compliance with a range of medium to large training providers. He brings deep knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and strong expertise in the Victorian VET Funding Contract, helping providers navigate complex regulatory requirements with confidence.
Since joining RTO Logic in 2020 as a Lead Auditor, George has contributed to a wide range of projects including internal audits, RTO registrations, data management, systems implementation, and resource development. His practical experience and analytical approach make him a trusted partner for clients seeking to strengthen their operations and compliance.
George is known for his proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. He regularly collaborates with TAFEs, Learn Locals, and private RTOs, designing innovative process solutions that drive efficiency and long-term success.
Ellie Ronowski
Learning & Assessment Design Specialist
Ellie is an experienced learning and assessment designer with a strong background in education and a specialised focus on VET assessment design. She has developed learning and assessment materials for more than 50 qualifications, contributing to high-quality, compliant, and contemporary training products across a wide range of industries. Her work includes mapping, validation, quality assurance, and supporting training package reform, all underpinned by a commitment to clarity, structure, and pedagogical integrity.
With a thoughtful and human-centred approach, Ellie excels at transforming complex requirements into learning experiences that are clear, supportive, and engaging. She is particularly passionate about inclusive design and is dedicated to creating assessments and resources that are accessible and effective for neurodiverse learners.
Ellie enjoys collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers, and RTO teams to ensure every solution is practical, meaningful, and aligned with real learner needs. Her careful attention to language, structure, and user experience helps providers deliver training that not only meets compliance expectations but genuinely supports learner success.
Milo Samson
Digital Specialist Team Lead
Milo is an emerging learning designer who brings fresh ideas and a thoughtful approach to digital learning development across the Australian VET sector. Since entering the field in 2022, he has contributed to a wide range of eLearning projects, supporting RTOs nationwide to create engaging, well-structured training resources. His interest in innovation and digital accessibility continues to shape his work and the learning experiences he designs.
With a background in process design and project leadership, Milo approaches content development with efficiency, clarity, and strong organisational skills. His previous experience as a compliance officer has given him a solid understanding of VET regulatory requirements, enabling him to design training products that meet ASQA standards and align with industry expectations.
This blend of operational insight, compliance knowledge, and creative design capability allows Milo to produce learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and aligned with organisational needs. He enjoys collaborating with teams to turn complex information into clear, user-friendly digital content that supports successful learning outcomes.
Jem Mills
Shared Services Manager
Jem plays an essential role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, providing reliable administrative support across the organisation. With experience in planning and data analysis, she brings a practical and organised approach to managing workflows and assisting both leadership and staff. Her responsibilities span payroll and finance processing, general administration, and cross-departmental coordination, helping maintain accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication.
Jem is known for her calm, friendly manner and her ability to keep things moving even during busy periods. She is often the first point of contact for operational queries and enjoys helping team members find solutions to everyday challenges.
Her commitment to clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through helps create a supportive and well-organised environment. Jem’s dependable approach ensures essential services run effectively, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients and partners.
