Douglas currently leads a multidisciplinary team of learning designers, assessment
specialists, and LMS engineers in delivering high-quality, compliant, and AI-enhanced learning experiences across accredited programs, microcredentials, and enterprise training. His work emphasises practical integration of generative AI, data analytics and gamification to personalise learning and improve accessibility.
Through his consultancy and leadership roles, Douglas has collaborated with public and private RTOs, government stakeholders, and higher education partners to design, validate and digitise learning solutions that strengthen compliance, improve educator capability, and achieve measurable outcomes for students and organisations alike.
