Can Multiple People From My RTO Join Deep Dive Webinars & Q&A Calls?

Your RTO Insights Membership gives your whole organisation access to the program resources.

This allows all employees to access the Members' Portal, use the resources in the RTO Insights Library, and engage in the Discussion Forum.

Equally, all employees are entitled to attend the Deep Dive Webinars.

While we allow multiple employees from a single RTO to join each Q&A Video Call, it is on a reasonable and 'fair use basis'.

It is important that all member RTOs have access to engage in discussions with the RTO Insights Host. If one member organisation regularly has multiple staff attend these sessions to pose questions to the host in an inappropriate manner, we will politely address such overuse.

RTO Insights will be curated as a respectful and collaborative community that shares ideas and gives generously to one another.

To inspire ingenuity and a culture of 'rising tides lift all boats', we will limit the use of complex restrictions until they become absolutely necessary. 

Where Do I Access The Program Materials?

Your RTO Insights Members' Portal contains the RTO Insights Library, Discussion Forum, Events Calendar, and links to unlock your members' bonuses.

You will be provided with access upon the program's commencement, along with instructions on how to register your organisation and its employees.

When Are The Q&A Video Calls & Deep-Dive Webinars?

To accommodate different time zones and minimise clashes with members' existing recurring commitments, the schedule for the Deep Dive Webinars and Q&A Calls will rotate.

We intend for most Deep Dive Webinars and Q&A Calls to be scheduled either on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 11am - 2pm AEST/AEDT.

Members will have access to the upcoming 3-month schedule in their member's events calendar. 

Can I Join RTO Insights After July 2nd?

We intend to provide membership options for commencement after July 2nd.

However, those options will not be more favourable than those provided to Inaugural Members.

If you see value in the program inclusions and bonuses listed on this page, then we strongly encourage you to register your organisation ahead of the July 2nd program commencement.

What Happens at The End of My First Year in RTO Insights?

Our vision is for RTO Insights to be an ongoing program in which members can renew their membership for subsequent 12-month terms.

We will contact members before the end of their current term to outline what future program pathways and options are available. 

How Does The Inaugural Member Fee Guarantee Work?

RTOs who join before July 2nd, 2026 and remain active in the program will be classified as Inaugural Members. 

Inaugural Members are guaranteed the lowest renewal fees for the duration of the RTO Insights Program.

As an Inaugural Member, you can be sure you will not be paying more than an RTO who joined after you.  


How Do We Get Our PD Certificates for Each Deep Dive Webinar?

As an RTO Insights member, you do not need to register for each webinar, as your registration is included in your membership. Instead, you will simply need to enter in a webinar passcode to join the session.

Upon joining the webinar, you’ll be prompted to enter your name and email address. This information will be used to create your professional development certificate.  


How Do I Pay For My Membership?

After completing your registration, you will receive an invoice for your program fee of $4,700 + GST.

This invoice is payable on 30-day terms.
