Andrew Shea
CEO, Tesserent Academy
There are few experts with a deeper knowledge of the regulatory landscape and both quality and compliance requirements for RTO’s.
Andrew is well recognized as a multi award-winning, Tertiary Education expert, with over 20 years’ experience in executive level positions across a range of post-secondary education providers.
Andrew is a Director with Peak Body, the Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia (ITECA), an active member of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) – Stakeholder Liaison Group (SLG), Chair of the TAE Training Package – Technical Reference Group under the Federal Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), Advisory Board Chair of the Institute for Learning & Performance, Co-Chair of the Quality in Education and Training (QuIET) Network, Chair of the Future Skills Organisations – Cyber Security Technical Committee, and currently acts as a consultant and advisor to Government, regulatory bodies, training providers and industry through Tesserent which includes Tesserent Academy.
Chris Enright
Director, RTO Logic
Chris has spent the past 18 years working in various roles in the Vocational Education and Training sector, assuming key leadership roles and driving business improvement and development for numerous respected companies. He is a regular facilitator of professional development across the sector. He has travelled the country and abroad supporting RTOs including training and professional development in Vietnam, New Zealand, the Middle East and China.
He has spent the last 7 years operating RTO Logic, offering wrap around services to the VET sector including strategic advice, internal audits, resource development and general RTO operational support.
Chris regularly facilitates strategy sessions with RTO executive teams and facilitates a range of in house and publicly available workshops and webinars for industry. He is contracted by the VET Development Centre to deliver professional development on behalf of the Victorian Department of Education for Skills First Providers and delivers a range of fee for service sessions to industry on a range of VET related topics. Chris holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a committee member for the Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia (ITECA) Victorian committee. He also sits on the board of Quality in Education and Training (QuIET Network).
